Standard with Every Epoxy Floor Coating Installation / Application.

- Entire new area to be diamond ground and/or shot blasted with a Blastrac shot blasting machine. The Blastrac shot blasting machine is designed to specifically reduce noticeable blast lines where other blasting equipment is not designed to do so. All coated area will be sanded and/or diamond ground prior to coating. Entire area will be magnetically swept to remove all spent shot.
- Entire wall area to be hand ground.
- Entire area to be swept and/or power blown prior to coating.
- Performance Epoxy-Coat High Wear Chemical Resistant Cycloaliphatic Epoxy 20 mils DFT (10 coats of normal paint in thickness)
- Flakes will be added to the floor if desired.
- We will fill the cracks and expansion joints with Performance Crack and Joint Filler.
- Add Non-Skid additive that will give you a safer floor system.
